    Dear Rich,

Many thanks for your insight and experience on this matter… also for the super quick response fair play!

My tender is pretty tiny (2.6m) with just a 3.5hp engine so I am hopeful the weight will be far less than a 30hp beast (though you have me thinking now….mmmmm… more power!!)

Just hearing about your experience and confidence in the strength of the deck area of the combing is reassuring but as you say that “lever” effect is substantial…… so maybe my wishes are not answered just yet and simply bolting them on will not be sufficient and more reinforcement will be required.

Thanks, I await any further advice or experience

No one has tried to sell me insurance, and i am sure my email address gives no suggestion to location…..so its not a Welsh thing!!!

In fact, i am almost offended that no one feels the worth in insuring my Pearson 424….i just cleaned it too!!
My junk mail continues to be offers to increase my sexual performance and the size of my love length but once i have told my mother to stop worrying about me that mail bag should reduce in size…
    Happy days.

Old London town….. must be lovely right now with all the grey drizzle, damp and cold – living up to all those expectations!!

The Doris is in London for meetings you better hope you steer clear of that mad banshee as she just got paid and loves to shop…
maybe one trip (if you do it regularly) you can break out on a 4 hour trip west on the M4 motorway to Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire and we can go sailing aboard the beast……. Till then – keep working!

    All,

I think an interactive one not only reduces admin tme but also adds an element of future proofing should a new custodian be required to take on “the list”…..furthermore people can update and edit instantly which is more rewarding and interactive experience where a degree of ownership and responsibility is also satisfying. as mentioned by wiser heads than myself i will also be willing to contribute (contribute more than instagram postings!! zzz)

    thanks.
    Chris Lewis.
