      Good evening,
      The pads on my prop shaft lock are shot.
      Does any one know what was fitted to the w58 in 1983?

      Well, I found the maker of my prop shaft lock.
      SeaAir,Inc / Sarns Machine
      Raymond, ME
      The “PropLock 2” was made in 1982 and as best as I can tell, the company is long gone.

      Today I took the pads to a local machine shop and they will recreate them for about $100.That’s better the having to buy a new locking device.
