Fellow 424ers: Here I am in Ontario doing an unscheduled re-power. I’m going with Beta. To the point: as I am stripping old engine, i am putting aside things of potential value. Including what is in my parts bin, I have two starters, two alternators, two fuel injection pumps, all the installed fuel injection parts, injectors, glow plugs, injector lines, heat exchanger, exhaust manifold, oil cooler, raw sea water pump. Also two brand new and the installed dampener plates if these not compatable with the Beta-velvet connection
. Fresh water pump or oil pump are both prime suspects for my problems so I’m not stripping these off unless someone makes it worth my while. Make reasonable offers. Delivery by two methods. I can ship by UPS or other comparable once I get back to US waters (by July 1), or rendezvous with me as I progress down east coast in the fall. Projected schedule puts me in Annapolis in October, and St John’s for New years. Deposits/ payments can be made via PayPal.

I would be interested in glow plugs, just had injector pump rebuilt and alternator, maybe also injector lines, and exhaust manifold.

      Hi Randy,

I re-powered last year with a Beta 50.  What a difference. You are going to love that engine.

Paul, make me an offer and then we can figure out how to get the stuff to you,  The manifold will include a brand new knuckle for exhaust/seawater connection and black pipe nipple that connects.  Makes it a heavy item, maybe 35 or 40 pounds. I'm pretty sure I have gaskets for the manifold, but no promises there. Meanwhile I made a note with your email, and your likes. Randy

      Randy,
Do you have the fuel filter housing that mounts on the engine? I an in Yorktown, VA. We could meet anywhere in the area.

I am interested in the second alternator bracket and possibly the alternator. When viewing the engine from the front it is on the top right.

Hello, this is Dennis, Flyingmare #22. Do you still have parts for the w-58? My engine is solid and an integral part of the electrical, water and refrigeration systems. I intend to keep it.
