      I searched the posts about the stuffing box and could not find what size packing to use. West has 1/2 and 5/8 in the gore and graphite type. Will that work?

      OK so now I found all the sizes for the graphite under the Tefpac drop down at West. So now the new question is what size is correct? OK so I guess that was the original question I just wanted to let you know that I found it at West.

      Graphite is no longer recommended

      6.7.4 Graphite impregnated packing material shall not be used because of the
      possibility of galvanic incompatibility with the shaft material.
