was going to bring the boat across the canal from indiantown fl to cape coral when i started the boat the oil pressure alarm would not go off turn off. all of the oil leaked out the night before not sure why, its being checked by mechanic no word yet. if i have to re power thinking of going electric anyone done electric ?? would you doit again what about a small generator

We were really thinking of going electric hybrid, but then last week I got my first quote for an electric hybrid system from OceanVolt for our boat. $48k and that doesn’t even include install labor costs or the generator. Yowza.

I’m still trying to find good electric hybrid options. The best option might be building my own system from scratch.
