      Hi guys
Clearing out accumulated stuff. Got a hard dodger project, ss frame and fiberglas top. Needs windows, either canvas and plastic like Tor has, or build something with acrylic. Contact me off line if interested.

Just some spreader lights, because I COULD NOT find the bulb to the bow
light that came with my boat.

      Hi Guys
Last call on the dodger. Fiberglass top, 1″ stainless frame. Will go to the dump unless someone claims it soon.

That would be a real shame. Where is it, Quent, and how much
trouble and money would it be to ship?

      Hi Tor
It’s in my back yard in Edgewater, MD. I don’t think shipping it is realistic.

Too far for me, and all I’d want it for is to find it a happy
home on some other boat. Lots of candidates down here.

      Hope someone closer claims it.

      Thanks,

      Tor

      Quent,
Can’t you hang it from the ceiling in a garage or shed until some one of us
or future 424’rs needs it? I understand about clearing out, I just did it
last year but I feel like Tor, such a awesome addition for the right
      person. Oh well!

I hope so, Tor. Thought about buying another boat just to have a place for the dodger, but Claire is watching me real close until I’ve detoxed.

Why don’t you set the stuff on cement blocks in your front yard under a tree. Works for my cousins in GA for old cars.

I am planning to head up the ICW to New England in the spring and can retrieve it from your yard when I pass by.

Already have 3 cars and a van there. Don’t want the place to look messy.

That’s the Florida perspective, too, Bill. Then again, if no
424’er in the NE quadrant happens to need/want a dodger hardtop
(or a lawn emblazonry) at the moment, why jump? This monument to
good intentions needs a publicist to spread the word beyond our
little tribe. I’d bet my bimini some sailor out there possesses
the vision, the cockpit AND a pickup truck.

If they still have wheels and tires they don’t count. You do get a half point for any that won’t crank.

Yoi got cars on blocks, no tires or wheels that still crank? You must be new in the neighborhood.
