I swear, all I did was re-plumb the hot water lines at the heater, nothing else. Is is Christmas Day after all!

Thank you for the kind words! This seems to be an exemplary community! I could not help but prematurely sign up for your website..currently daydreaming of sailing days and awaiting approval. I’ve been in the market recently for a 424 and hope to be part of this family soon! Will be seeing one around the holidays. .
