John – Thanks for the link. The pressure cap on that page is the one on the exhaust manifold, smaller size than the one on my overflow/expansion tank. I actually suspect that the tank in laz may not be original. Any way, I ended up finding a cap that I think will fit at a the POP Marine store here in Honolulu. We’ll see what happens after I get everything back together and coolant refilled.
